We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.

We typically do not accept returns due to user errors such as the incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

We accept customer return and refund for the following reasons:

Faulty Item Received: If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to our email along with your order number. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.

Refund

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is flawed.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.

Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the product you received along with details shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge. For all other requests please email us at [email protected] . Our customer service team will review your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow two weeks( 14 days) after your return is received for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Late Or Missing Refunds
  • Not delivered on time. We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. Please allow 3-5 days to receive a tracking number while your order is processing, packaged, and shipped from our facility.
  • Estimated shipping time (Domestic US) is 15-30 business days and International is 15-30 business days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. Because we have several different warehouses, there are some products that are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases, it might be delayed due to post office issues.
  • Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused. We’d really appreciate it if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you and let you know about your order. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status. It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once your package leaves our factory it will reach you and we’ll try our best to make it come to you asap.
Return
  • Wrong size received If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size is selected by our customers when they place the order without reading the description carefully. In cases like those, we only offer a discount code 20% to the next purchase because we notify very carefully in title and description.
  • If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment. Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you. – Timing for a return
    All returns/exchanges of online orders must be returned within 14 days from the day the order was shipped.
  • In order to return an item, you need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number online, please go to the Returns Center.
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  • The RMA number must be written clearly on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from shipping from the day you receive the package

  • Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Return Eligibility
  • All returned or exchanged items must be:
    • In new condition.
    • In their original packaging.
    • Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
    • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

    We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

    • Any signs of wear.
    • Parts of the item are missing.
